Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change, but late cancellations and no-shows affect our ability to serve other clients. Please review our policy below:

  • 24-hour notice required for all cancellations or reschedules.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged %100 of service price to the card on file, in addition to forfeiting the deposit.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a required prepayment in full for future bookings.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, subject to the cancellation policy above.

Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
  • Deposits are non-transferable to another client but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the 24-hour window above.

Refund Policy

All services provided by Lash & Brow Studio by Maria Hollywood are final upon completion. Due to the personalized and permanent/semi-permanent nature of our procedures (including but not limited to Ombré Powder Brows, Microblading/Nano Brows, Lip Blush, Permanent Eyeliner, Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift & Tint, and Tattoo Freckles), no refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final once a procedure or treatment has begun.
  • Results vary by individual skin type, healing process, and aftercare compliance, and are not guaranteed to meet subjective preference.
  • Touch-up sessions, where applicable, are offered as part of our service process to help achieve desired results and are not a substitute for a refund.
  • Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable, as they reserve your appointment time and technician availability.

Client Consent & Waiver

By receiving any service at Lash & Brow Studio by Maria Hollywood, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Informed Consent — I have been informed of the nature of the procedure I am receiving, including the general process, expected healing time, and potential risks (including but not limited to swelling, redness, pigment fading, or allergic reaction).
  2. Health Disclosure — I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy/nursing status that may affect the safety or outcome of my procedure. I understand it is my responsibility to disclose this information accurately.
  3. Realistic Expectations — I understand that results vary by individual and that semi-permanent and permanent makeup procedures are not an exact science. Pigment retention, healing, and final appearance depend on my skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
  4. Aftercare Compliance — I agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided to me. I understand that failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect healing and results, and that Lash & Brow Studio by Maria Hollywood is not responsible for outcomes affected by improper aftercare.
  5. Photo/Video Release (optional, can opt out) — I consent to before-and-after photos or videos being taken for training and marketing purposes (social media, website, portfolio), unless I notify the studio in writing that I opt out.
  6. Release of Liability — I release Lash & Brow Studio by Maria Hollywood and its technicians from liability for any complications arising from disclosed or undisclosed medical conditions, allergic reactions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
